It will boost the temperature rating of most hood less bags and quilts, and when season or environment is appropriate it can be used as a pillow or left at home. The Down Balaclava will add daytime insulation to the head region when outside activities are necessary during extreme conditions.

A snap closure in front makes it simple to adjust for various temperature ratings while our shock-cord and toggle face closure is soft against the face.
